This is to remind you that TRAI has instructed for DLT Implementation for SMS traffic and Operators might migrate to DLT anytime. Customer needs to complete Entity and Header (Sender ID) registration as Phase 1 of traffic migration to DLT.
  

As soon as the Operators Migrate to DLT, traffic of only such registered entities using headers would be allowed by Telecom operators.

We request you to register your Principal Entity and your Headers (Sender IDs) on all the DLT portals of operators as soon as possible.

After DLT Implementation, traffic of only such registered entities using headers would be allowed via operators.

If you are already registered on the any of the operators, it’s important to register your headers (Sender-id) immediately to avoid loss of traffic

Information and Instructions for Enterprise/ Entity

Scenario 1: If you are not registered with any of the DLT Before

Step 1: You can register with any one of the DLT portals below and get a Unique Entity Id and DLT Portal Account.

Step 2: After generating the Unique Entity Id and getting approval for your DLT Account, use the same to get registered on all the other operators as well. (Because in case you need to deliver the SMS from other operators, you need to have your entity registered on those operators DLT as well.

Step 3: After the DLT registration process map your entity id with our Telemarketing ID from your DLT account (In each Portal). The following are our Telemarketer Detail.

Step 4: Now you need to register your Header/Sender-id in the Operator Portal. You SMS will be delivered only if your header/Sender- id is approved in the DLT Portal of the operator.

Step 5: In Next Phase of DLT implementation you will also, be required to get the template & Consent approved for your SMS.

Scenario 2: If you are registered on any of the DLT Platform and have generated your Entity Id

Step1: After generating the Unique Entity Id and getting approval for your DLT Account, use the same to get registered on all the other operators as well. (Because in case you need to deliver the SMS from other operators you need to have your entity registered on those operators DLT as well. Details of all the DLT Platforms are as below

Step 2: After the Registration process map your entity id with our Telemarketing ID from your DLT account (In each Portal). The following are our Telemarketer Detail.

Step 3: Now you need to register your Header/Sender-id in the Operator Portal. You SMS will be delivered only if your header/Sender- id is approved in the DLT Portal of the operator.

Step 4: In Next Phase of DLT implementation you will also, be required to get the template & Consent approved for your SMS.

Scenario 3:  If you are not registered on DLT & are Paid customer of www.arihantsms.com and Need our Team to handle all the TRAI  DLT registration Process.

IF you are a customer registered under www.arihantsms.com with an active paid plan, we have made the process very simple for you. We will collect all your documents and we will register you on all possible DLT platforms.

Steps to be followed for Enterprise Registration for customer registered under www.arihantsms.com with an Active Paid SMS Plan

By following the above process we will receive your KYC documents which our team will process with the telecom operators and register you on their portals.

Our Support team would get in touch with you while registering wherever there would be any additional information required for the registration process.

Note:

• We will charge Service Fee for handling the registration process
• In case any charges are to be paid to the Telecom operator for acquiring the registration Id that charges will additionally to be paid by the customer.
• Duration of getting registered might depend on the workload at our support end and also the confirmation from telecom operators, so we would require your patience.

Scenario 4:  If you are not registered on DLT & are NOT a Paid customer of www.arihantsms.com and Need our Team to handle all the registration process.

Don’t worry we can help you in the DLT registration process even if you are not a customer with www.arihantsms.com . But there will be a service fee Involved in handling the Process

Once the Above process is complete we will handle the rest of the process of your registration.

Note:

In case any charges are to be paid to the Telecom operator for acquiring the registration Id that charges will additionally to be paid by the customer.

Our Service fee doesn’t include the registration charged if any to be paid to the telecom operator

Scenario 1: If you are not registered with any of the DLT Before

Step 3: After the registration process, you need to get all your customers as well your own company registered under DLT Platform of the above operators.

Step 4: Your customers need to register into any of the above operators and get their Entity id, and use the same id to get registered in other operator platforms as well

Step 5: Also all your registered customers needs to select your telemarketer code into their Entity DLT account to get linked to you.

Step 6: Your customers need to register the Header/ Sender-id for the first phase of DLT implementation and in later phases get the templates and consents also approved.
